Personally I feel a whole heck of a lot more guilt when I'm eating processed foods. As you know I can't wait to grow my own food, but at this point in my life I'm still struggling with foods that come in plastic bags with ingredients I dont recognize. As much as I want to buy and eat locally/grow my own food, I'm still trying to get over my love of chocolate pudding...a treat much worse for me and for the environment than imported Spanish cheese...
