Yumm. Sounds delicious. I'm a vegetarian, but my carnivore boyfriend likes my cooking and loves soup. This sounds like one he would love. To whoever recommended the Better than Bouillon -- that stuff is pretty great. The last time I used it for soup it came out way too rich, so I think I measured wrong, but it was pretty tasty. We throw a little dab in the water when we make rice and it's delicious.
