I will be happy to purchase a DVD or two, should they be made.
here i dreamt i was an architect
My brain desperately wants to write some stories, so I've been digging through the pile of Ideas That Didn't Quite Make It to see if anything in there inspires me, or is at least worth dusting off and poking with a sharp stick. So far, two stories look promising, though one of them needs a fairl...
You are indeed blessed to have such an amazing family. Its nice that Nolan And Ryan accepted you into the family. Im in the same situation with my wife, and it has been rocky, but I have been accepted by her 2 kids. Your wife is a knockout, and her kids are amazing, and you are right to feel lucky to have them all.
In which I am a proud father
"I have to tell you," Jonathan Coulton's wife said to me on the last night of the cruise, "how wonderful your boys are." "I have two daughters," Peter Sagal's wife told Anne, "and I hope this isn't weird or creepy, but I really hope they meet guys like your sons." "Dude, you know you raised your...
I own that movie on VHS and DVD. I love watching it! I never realized the awesome ear ring you had on. I am so jealous that you had that!! It doesn't deserve a facepalm!!
regarding dangly ankh earrings and the 18 year-olds who wore them in 1990
I shoot Big Bang Theory on Monday before I go back to Vancouver to finish out the fourth season of Eureka, so I have scored an entirely unexpected bonus weekend at home with my wife. Yesterday, we heard that Toy Soldiers was playing on local station KDOC (which was one of the truly great UHF sta...
Often, when I read your blog, you bring a tear to my eyes. Thanks for doing it again!!! Thats just about the cutest dog ever. I would so have adopted him. My dog has brought nothing but joy to my life, with her unconditional love. I'm glad Seamus found a loving home with the Wheaton's.
To celebrate the legacy of our awesome dog
Last year Anne and I raised some money for the Pasadena Humane Society in memory of our awesome dog, Ferris. When I wrote about it here, Anne said: Just over 8 years ago, I made a right turn instead of a left out of the Home Depot parking lot. That was a turn that would change our lives forev...
Like many of the people above, I too fail when it comes to playing against my girlfriend at Scrabble. She just crushes me. But I do it because I love her, and she also has a +20 You love me spell.
This story was great to hear, and your wife is awesome. Thanks for sharing, and I hope to see you at WØØtstock in San Francisco.
Video of my reading from PAX Prime: Triple Word Score
While browsing Reddit during my morning coffee, I came across this: I remember how much I liked writing this story for LA Daily, but until GenCon, I'd never read it in public. Both times I've read it, though, it's gone over very well, so I'll probably add it - at least temporarily - to my pe...
Wil, I remember this appearance of Mr. Spiner on the show, and the other appearances he made. This character was great. I remember seeing Brent in the first episode of TNG, and thinking, "Hey, its that guy from Night Court!" I envy you and the time you got to spend with the great cast of TNG. Please keep telling us about them.
"Mi llamo es Bob."
Yesterday, I saw this video linked at Reddit. It's one of those things that I haven't thought about in years, but the instant I saw it, it unlocked some memories, one of which I left as a comment: I was a huge Night Court nerd when I was a kid, and from time to time I would ask Brent to do ...
