The most common form of home swap vacations are simultaneous swaps where the two sets of members swap homes at the same time. However, there are many members that also arrange non-simultaneous swaps where the two sets of members stay in each others homes at different times. Non-simultaneous home swaps can be a particularly good option for people lucky enough to own second/vacation homes, where the owners don’t need to leave their home to accommodate exchange guests. Members who are able to offer their homes/second homes at different times have the advantage of being more flexible on dates to suit their guests. Continue reading
