Interesting, but at the same time not surprising. I think it fits with the "stereotypes" of men being the providers of the family, maybe a bit out of touch with their children especially in the early years, etc. All that to say, I know plenty of dads who talk about their kids nonstop at work or embrace shouldering a hefty part of the parenting. Maybe a SAHD blog network? Chicagodadsblog?
