I have to agree with Lauren Bacall and Ingrid Bergman but I wouldn't wish to choose which is the most beautiful. They have different qualities of beauty.

The Anthem is a horribly written almost impossible song to be rendered successfully, which has been the downfall of many able singers. Only its historical value keeps it as our national anthem; certainly not its literary or musical value. Even with the controversial "God shed his grace on thee" phrase, "American the Beautiful" would be a more appropriate and beautiful anthem. As a music lover, i cringe each time I hear the Anthem sung at some local event by a local singer.
