Wil thanks for sharing your story. You actually got me started on home brewing too, I started a couple of months ago with a kit from Brooklyn Brewshop and now I've upgraded to simple 5 gallon system too. It's been an awesomely fun ( and tasty!) trip! Thanks for getting me started!
