Does this mean that there is some sort of DB config tuning as part of the service? I.e will it help to select the appropriate my-huge.cnf, my-large.cnf, my-medium.cnf and my-small.cnf based on usage or something?

For example off the top of my head these markets are all near or very close to metros: DuPont Circle, RFK (long walk to north parking under metro tracks), Bethesda (by trolley), Arlington Court House, Alexandria Court House (by trolley), Roslyn, Alexandria at King Street Metro, Clarendon at Clarendon Metro, and Crystal City.
