Wil, I just looked up one of the TableTop videos and I do not see the Google+ button that you showed. I have the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. If I am not logged into my Google account, and click the thumbs up button, it tells me, "Sign in or sign up now!"
It looks like YouTube is requiring that I sign in, which I dislike, but it's odd that it does not show me the Google+ button.
I even tried logging into YouTube with an account that does not have a Google+ account, and I was able to thumbs up the video.
