Pat White needs to start wearing gloves. If you go back and watch the footage from the combine, and yes this is where multiple teams fell in love with White's "Passing ability", he was wearing gloves on every throw. As a running QB its difficult to hold onto the ball and gloves provide that extra umph. Just look at Kurt Warner if your in doubt about it helping White's Passing.
