Spiced Marmalade and Wild Honey edged with Vintage Photo! And I also love the water marked technique. Gives the background a wonderful unique look.

Although I am compulsive about cleaning my stamps, I do have one set of new clear stamps that I just can't get a clear image from. I may have to suppress my compulsive side and try this trick. I really like the stamp set and want to use it. Thanks Tim

Last night I used Distress Ink to make a card for my brother. I found this great motorcycle stamp (my brother loves bikes). I used Black Soot ink and Distress Powder for the base image of the bike then blender pen and Red Barn ink to color. It looks fabulous and masculine enough for my brother's birthday. Yay!

For my mom for Mother's Day I made her a document wallet using grunge board (since it has the feel of leather). I inked it is Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade. Then used the compass mask and inked again in Vintage Photo. It turned out great. And she loved it as she is traveling to Spain this summer.

What's not to love about distress ink? I love the vintage colors. I just finished using a variety of colors on some new stamps I got (all illustrations of Alice in Wonderland characters). I used a blender pen to color them in and distress inks are the perfect vintage flair. I also did several cards using them on backgrounds for some masculine Father's day and birthday cards. Favorite color at the moment: Broken China and Wild Honey!

Patty the header is great. The colors are bright and "springy". Just wonderful. Sounds like a fabulous time was had by all on the cruise. You are a very lucky lady.
The projects look fabulous. But what an exhausting trip. I'm so glad the classes went well. And what a great store! Wish we had one like that near us. :(

I love the flexibility of "by the yard" to get as much as I need or want but the variety available on "by the card" is also appealing. I have purchased ribbon both ways and have been equally happy.
