Won't Australia's increasing population mean that they have to increase the size of the Parliament to cope?
Can they expand the House without expanding the Senate?
COMMENT: No, the House can only be twice as large as the Senators from the states, with some minor tinkering at the edge with Territory Senators. Unless the constitution is change, the Senate has to increase in size to increase the House.
