Chris, Wow!- Best of luck to you!! Thanks for teaching me Du's and encouraging me to move up a level, and jumping the 30 inch box. I'm trying to remember everything but I'm sure there's plenty more;) Last week I did 120 in a minute and 262 in 3 minutes. I still use and teach your tips to fellow crossfitters. Chris N., I left a cookie for you by the sign in sheet. There were 3 but I ate 2:) LJezel 97lb power cleans 2 abmats for hspu's 8 Pistol squats unassisted on each leg. Started the 6 round, and got 3 power cleans. DNF. Ann, Steph, Jess, Thanks for pushing me. Catina, I know you are wondering why I didn't finish. Ann had to go to work. That's my excuse:) and it's not a good one. At least there's a next time.

In case, you didn't hear by now---This mornings class was lucky enough to meet Samantha Briggs from the Crossfit Games. Pretty awesome!! If she has time she may stop in again. So if you see someone killing the WODs and she looks new she's not:)

Du's consistently- I can do sets of 15-25. Kipping pullups consistently- I have a weak grip. I can do sets of 5. Snatch, Over head squat, Back squat- improve in strength and balance. Muscle up- I can do jumping from a 16 inch box hoping just to do 1 by the end of the year. Though more would be nice:) Ring dips unassisted in a WOD. I can do a couple but have yet to do in a WOD. Pistol squats consistently. 5:30 mile - I ran a 5:38 last year. Below- just meet the first set and move to the next set. Complete all by 2012. 20-25-30 pull ups. ( chest to bar and kipping) 50-75-100 push ups ( hand release and regular) 20-30-40-50 dips 1,2,3,4,5 trips up the rope without using feet or legs. Deadlift 220 lb just because it's twice my body weight. 1 RM is 163 So pretty much live and breathe this stuff:) By the way, I'm hungry. Paleo...
