Subscribed. I'm 41, a fellow internet desk jockey, and looking at a similiar kind of year (though i like your goals, and may borrow a couple). I want this one -2009 - to be my best ever, cycling-wise.
I'm very interested in your experience with a coach. I've been considering one too, but haven't committed. I had a brush with coaching in 2004, via Carmichael Training Systems, but found their "basic" service level (as it was formulated then) not quite what i needed.
