I just went to see Avatar and I thought it was one of the best scifi spectaculars I've seen in years. I do have some comments tho. I couldn't help but notice that all higher lifeforms on the planet appear to be six-limbed, with the exception of the homanoids, who are, well, just that, humanoid. From a darwinistic point of view (assuming that natural selection is a universal law of life) that seems highly improbable.
