"Hire for cultural fit" I get what you mean, but you're treading on an HR minefield in the US! Be very careful that 'cultural fit' doesn't become a code word for 'guys I'd like to hang with who are non-disabled members of my age group, racial group, etc'. Culture fit is good, but if your hiring process produces a homogenous employee group then that's bad for business and possibly not legal.
