This sort of thing seems to be a consistent problem with UPS in Southern Arizona. I'm down in Tucson (less than 2 hours from Phoenix) and we've had a number of packages "misrouted". This never happened before we moved down here. We had one package end up in Georgia. Oddly, they've all been packages we've payed extra for the express delivery.
