Thanks, I think this is a great article. I work in the Silicon Valley EBC for EMC, and I get CIOs asking if we have best practices we can share on M&A - obviously from an IT integration viewpoint. It would be great if your group could work with Sanjay Mirchandani's group to put together a white paper on that if you have any data/insight on that.
