Jude's Spirit Cloth Contemporary Boro 2 class is causing me great comotion. it is really GREAT, only the second day into it and i am heavy into thinking, remembering, thinking. Clothing. what we put on our bodies, against our skin, every day of our lives. i don't have any time tonight to say...
i know there is some brilliant quote out there about ordinariness--but i don't know that quote.
i just know that most of life is ordinary.
& i love the word.
ordinary.
common.
is there anything better?
to notice how filled with meaning is every ordinary moment.
how beautiful.
how painful.
how joyful.

so after the birth of the first kids, the next big event was to seperate the bucks and does as they should be. this worried me...., how it would go. but, it WENT! TaDa!!! and pictured too, the buck hut....for temporary shade, and shelter from storms. it will be a very Boro construction. ...

but i'm betting anything you would want to sell would want to be bought by those of us who know you here---
its not the same as being at a gathering where you meet & interact with folks & can look into their eyes---
but i wonder if it could be a piece ----maybe a starting piece--
couldn't you just show us ---as your friends ---what you have & are ready to release into the world ---& the person who gets there first sends you a check & you send the piece & you don't have to do any pay pal stuff--
maybe something to ponder.....xo

its a cloth for heavens sake & a beautiful one.
i would buy it too.
go for it .

seriously.

just do it.
if you keep feeling inspired to do it.

that was the first thing that made me cry.
i turned from my computer & counted 38 pillows in my view.
i always think i'm nuts .
all these pillows.
i trip over them .
sometimes their use is "only' their beauty.
mostly old thrift store, flea market things. raggedy bark cloth. falling-apart molas. a small child-like potato printed one made by my mother.
i have been to turkey briefly . mainly the countryside around ephesus.
the travelling class---wow.
i love that i am here. a part of this world.
