What is she thinking?
You know, when you are really busy, when you have a list of things a mile long. To Do. Oh, you think, I better get going, do those things, I need to do those things. And then, well, you don't do those things. Instead you do something else. Anything else. Pick salad. Because it is there and...

i know there is some brilliant quote out there about ordinariness--but i don't know that quote.
i just know that most of life is ordinary.
& i love the word.
ordinary.
common.
is there anything better?
to notice how filled with meaning is every ordinary moment.
how beautiful.
how painful.
how joyful.
how ordinary all of this is.
almost

i don't know how this works ---
but i'm betting anything you would want to sell would want to be bought by those of us who know you here---
its not the same as being at a gathering where you meet & interact with folks & can look into their eyes---
but i wonder if it could be a piece ----maybe a starting piece--
couldn't you just show us ---as your friends ---what you have & are ready to release into the world ---& the person who gets there first sends you a check & you send the piece & you don't have to do any pay pal stuff--
maybe something to ponder.....xo
how thoughts bloom
reading Jude's Post in Magic Diaries, i thought i had a thought. how i could find a different place for the Diaries Cloth than where it's been on the Wall when not on the table being worked on. i didn't want to roll it up. but i thought i would put it on the south Room window, as curtain fo...
who the hell gets to decide what a cloth is ??
I DO.
its a cloth for heavens sake & a beautiful one.
i would buy it too.
go for it .
nothing ventured , nothing gained.
seriously.
or not so seriously.
just do it.
if you keep feeling inspired to do it.
nothing like inspired action.
amazing results are possible. are likely. are pretty much certain.
xo

this is amazing. all these stories.
i cried too, grace.
' pillows have a kindness to them".
that was the first thing that made me cry.
i turned from my computer & counted 38 pillows in my view.
i always think i'm nuts .
all these pillows.
i trip over them .
sometimes their use is "only' their beauty.
mostly old thrift store, flea market things. raggedy bark cloth. falling-apart molas. a small child-like potato printed one made by my mother.
i have been to turkey briefly . mainly the countryside around ephesus.
the travelling class---wow.
i love that i am here. a part of this world.
thank you jude hill. & everybody.
Pillows and place
Cloth you can lean on. Or wrap yourself around. Pillows . Pillows have a kindness to them. They offer comfort and time to dream. A sense of place that you can also take with you. And I think we have a new category. Pillows. And a new workshop. Spirit Cloth Home (soon to be a new sh...
