Wow. That word "defunct" really bothered me. I actually tried to keep it going in Vox world but it didn't have past one person (Hey Sista Idadi). I might have to start doing it again just on principle!

Another example of Kanyezzy keeping the best beats for himself. Be was hot because of the beats combined with Common's lyrics. Graduation is going to outsell Finding Forever just based on the hotness of Ye' beats. I'm looking forward to both of them. Until then the official mixtape stays in constant rotation.

I'd add: "Hey Joe" by Jimi Hendrix "Arco Arena" by Cake "Crazy Train" by Ozzy I played this game for the first time on Saturday. Now I may wait for GH2 to actually pick it up.

I remember this interview because of the part when he said he listened to The White Stripes and old Jungle Brothers more than anything. It's how I discovered who they were!!! Questo is the real. I've been digging those cats since Organix. Yeah, it goes without sayin' -- the Roots are indeed the best rap group/band in the history of hip-hop. Yeah, I know, the hip-hop intellectuals would disagree and cite Stetsasonic and others. But pound for pound, the Roots and Quest Love have trescended the genre of rap in ways that, unfortunately, goes unappreciated by most rap fans.
