Hi! I use almond flour/meal from our local organic shop. But, Ive also tried it with Bobs. It was good, too. And I use a dried unsweetened cherry - I found them at Safeway. I also use a little less agave than called for and a little more dark chocoate (which I find at the organic shop and its gluten free).
