Lucy, I sent you an e-mail, but I will reply here as well, in case anyone else is struggling with printing the PDF full size. When you send a file to the printer a print dialog box will come up. Before you hit "print" you need to find the section in that box that talks about sizing. PDF's always default to "fit" or "shrink to fit" and you'll need to uncheck that box or choose the one that says "actual size" or put "100%" in the custom size box. I don't know everyone's printers, but I know that all printers give you the option to print your file actual size. You just need to explain to the printer who is the boss! :)
