I asked my friend from Brisbane, and she had more to say than I could probably comment here. Much of what she said has already been suggested, but this sounded quite fun to me. " I would suggest a trip up and down the river on the CityCat, hop off at Southbank or the West End, Museum and Gallery of Modern Art are at Southbank, along with MANY excellent eating establishments." It was great seeing you at ECCC, and your ninety minute panel was much to short. If you do, in fact, get a cloak of dicks, be sure to share the pictures!
