I have a suggestion from my angry girl days. Make a ton of ice. Hurl it - with great force - into your bathtub. Makes a lot of noise, sounds and feels like breaking glass and no clean up! And, if possible, mention the anger to your shrinky. Anger is the flip side of depression. Take care of you.

I loved this episode! You were both extremely elegant in your attempts to keep the 'cast spoiler free. I am one of those deviants that can enjoy movies, books, what-have-you, even if I hear a spoiler or two. Wish I could bottle that super-power for my more tightly wound friends! The PDX show was the best night I have ever had in a theatre. My husband and I both walked/floated out of there with enormous grins on our faces and declared it the best. night. ever! I know how lucky I am to live in this wonderful place. w00tstock made it 10 times better. Please always come back to us!
