I think Techiferous hit the nail on the head. The more I learn the more I realize I still have a lot to learn. Wisdom breeds humility. I'm twice the programmer I was when I started my career and haven't even begun to approach the programmer I 'thought' I was back then. Sadly, there are too many that have no desire for self-improvement and will sail through life thinking they achieved greatness when they're not even mediocre.
