For those of you following the Drew Peterson trial fiasco, after multiple (I think at least 4) admonitions to the prosecution for forbidden testimony, Judge points to holes in prosecution's case as the State prepares to close its presentation. Sometimes even special laws won't help the State's case. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know he's guilty because we're all geniuses.

Courtesy of Fauz Snooze: USADA reacted quickly and treated Armstrong's decision as an admission of guilt, hanging the label of drug cheat on an athlete... Obviously, the USADA merely skimmed the headlines and didn't bother to read either the articles or Armstrong's statement. Sounds like an out of control organization led by a huge ego to me. Maybe Travis Tygart should enter politics, where such crap is normal. By the way, I don't give a shiite about cycling.

Armstrong over-waters his lawn in Austin, Tx. He must have cheated. Name the drug tests Armstrong flunked. You can't. The USADA record is 68 - 2 in arbitration. That tells me more about the process than the integrity. (You may choose to believe otherwise, or prefer jailhouse snitches over evidence.) I find USADA, established by Congress, to be the PETA of sports logic - the giant ego of Travis Tygart, entranced with his power. You're more than welcome to disagree.
