I was wondering for 2010 for the DC-MD-VA area what are the recommended natural hair care events/expos? Would you happen to know?
Would you also know of any schools to get licensed in that area as well but specifically MD that concentrate on natural hair care, and natural methods? Thank you so much for your time!
