Wil, Loving Tabletop and have bought Munchkin and Ticket to Ride as a result. Got to play Ticket to Ride with my Dad and my 5 year old and we had a blast. My son isn't quite ready for the full Ticket to Ride game, so we modified the rules a bit. Each player got one destination ticket. Each player's turn involved drawing a train card and placing trains on any route of that color or any gray route (we didn't use the wild cards). When you completed your destination ticket you got a new one. No score, and we mostly enjoyed marveling at the amount of trains on the board when we were done. It really showed the versatility of the game and the board, and was a great way for my son to play on his own. Thanks again. Looking forward to the rest of the season!

Ok, an XP user here looking for a better way. Wil, you've got me curious, but obvious concern is present because of all the time and energy I've put into learning how to not break Windows. Plus the added element that everything I do for work is based on MS Office and/or Wordperfect. I work for an accounting firm, and do a lot of my work from home. I know this probably isn't the best forum for a long discussion on the hows and whys of Linux and Ubuntu, but maybe you or someone else can BRIEFLY point me in the right direction. I've got a copy of Ubuntu on CD and the "official Ubuntu Book" which will probably answer a lot of my questions. I'll probably start playing around with it this weekend, but any other help/resources are greatly appreciated. Thanks Wil - love the blog.
