Over the last few days I have heard many Muslims claim that they are ready to die to defend the honor of their religion and Mohammed. The question I have is why have we not helped them along when we see the Jihadist rich environment at the various protest sites. What a great opportunity to take out a thousand barbarians at a time. Those who believe we are dealing with a handful of fanatics are delusional. They number in the millions and the root of the problem is the religion itself which is violent to the core and has been for a long time. Just go back to Circa 1784 and and note that once a savage always a savage. Certainly, there are exceptions most of whom remain silent out of fear. As an ex-patriot from NY/NJ, I think about the constant threat to NYC everyday. As a center of finance and commerce and a "Jew rich" target, New York will always be on the hit list. What I find incredulous still is that so many friends and family in the area go about their daily business with nary a thought about the Islamic threat. I know for a fact that most of the people to whom we send informative emails concerning the Jihadists delete them without ever reading them, much as Congress does with pending legislation. I know this because they tell me. When the ostrich sticks its head in the sand, the lion still sees its ass and has it for lunch. The crux of the problem is that they are Democrats before they are Americans or Jews. Many are the type who have sympathy for Rachel Corrie. But the real problem is that they know nothing, have read nothing and do not want truth to intrude on their lives. I know that there are others who despair at the stupidity of friends and family. Their stupidity does not just affect them. Their stupidity endangers all of us. They believe we are the crazy ones. Remember Michael Moore said "there is no terrorist threat".

By the time Obama is done he will have intruded into every aspect of our personal lives. Remember how Bush was criticized for listening in on phone calls to terrorists overseas? We were told we would lose our freedom and privacy. Obama makes "1984" a reality. Barack Hussein Obama is a dictator with a smile. While he smiles you can pull the knife out of your back.
