Saludos, Miguel Fco.

Note: This one is copied from my new role-playing only blog: [Minim role-playing](http://minimrpg.com/) http://minimrpg.com/ About one year ago I began designing a new role-playing game. I predicted I would work on it a couple of nights, and then let it unfinished, as usual. However, bit by bit, to my own surprise I kept adding and adding material over the days, weeks and months. Until it was there, a very peculiar role-playing game on kids who sells papers: Newsies and Pickpockets. I play-tested it, dreading the older gamer group would dread it; alas they loved it. The game was fun enough... Continue reading

I'm playing with toy soldiers, again. And boy, it has been fun. I don't mean those 25 mm miniatures people play with a rulebook larger than the books they should be studying, at college. No, I mean those toy soldiers in tan and green, that you played as a kid and nobody bothered to paint. And the reason I'm doing that is because I've found a small but honest rule booklet called like the title of this post. The author at [Peril Planet](http://perilplanet.com/2010/02/27/the-green-and-the-tan/) does a great job describing the game, so I'll skip that part here and go directly to... Continue reading

[Newsies and Pickpockets](http://kindlelight.typepad.com/blog/2010/04/newsies-pickpockets-the-rpg-beta.html), has arrived to its beta status and I'm now waiting for reactions and play-testing reports. Obviously, the fate of this project lies on the opinions of others, which is relaxing in a little way. Yes, the final decision is, as always, up to me but this time with something more than my own opinions and wishes. ## But what about this blog? Should I retake it as my main blog? Leave it as it is right now, just for when I feel like sharing something? Abandon it? Evolve it? No idea yet, but now that N&P is... Continue reading
