This month we begin phasing in our ever popular baking classes with two dates and 1 favorite topic: Fall Flavors. As always this class will be focused on integrating flavors synonymous with the season, like maple, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Chef Chrysta Wilson will be throwing in some of her favorite ingredients with these standards, including pecans, brown butter, and bacon. For those of you who follow this baking academy, you know that we've been teaching about 24 classes a month every month in 2010. We needed to take a 2 week break to refresh and regroup, and now we are populating the classes again for the end of June, and July will be added soon after that.
