Today is January 11th 2010 and I've been feeling the need to begin the documented journey for some time now. Athought htis is the very beginning of the fast for me (the first day), I don't feel so great. It was hard waking up and I'm already disgusted at the thought of drinking the concoction. But I have to push on. I made a quart of juice and drank up. I hope to kill a hlaf gallon by 3pm and then the rest by 8 or 9pm. Ok, I'm starting a little bit later than I wanted to, but I wanted to make sure that I had EVERYTHING in order. Since I'm aiming for 10 days, I wanted to get 10 gallons of water. Also since I've done this before, I wanted to put some minor twists on the cleanse. I do admit that the monotony of water, lemon & cayenne is very intense, so I'm throwing in some detox teas and supplements to give my intake some variety but still stay on the detox path.
