Some of those tiles made me feel dizzy. But, I was liking the light blue one best of all. - and the yellow for the most dreary of day.

That is funny - however, it just makes me think even less of the Occupy movement - they are attracting rats! EEEEEK.....

I have those same thoughts every time I see someone like that man. 50% of me wants to run as far as I can go, but that over 50% of me cries out to help him. I never know which 1/2 to go with.

I don't get that extreme coupon stuff either. I clip coupons and am happy to get a few dollars off here and there - but I do have some issues with coupons.... #1 - sometimes the product I have a coupon for is still not as cheap as the store-brand without the coupon. #2 - sometimes you have to buy 5 of the product to save $1. That isn't worth it to me. #3 - to really save money you have to shop ALL the time - and know what products are on sale. That is just way too much for me.

Oh man - and I thought my flat tire was bad last weekend. Ours only caused a 3 hour car ride delay and a lost weekend of camping at the lake. At least you stayed positive and were able to create!
And here I am just thinking how hard I'm going to cry when I take my baby to preschool - how can he be old enough? I've got 8 more years before my oldest is in college. I know that time is going to fly.

I guess I am going to have to read that book! I hope I'm still burning through books at 90. She sounds wonderful.

Well - that is something I would not have known about....and it is good that you talked about it, because I'm sure there are people about to go through Chemo who weren't told at all - and they got one heck of a shock. I hate surprises. So - I think it is good to know.

The tattoo one has me laughing - mainly because I've decided to Against mainstream - and NOT get a tattoo.

Oh Swampy asked the best question!!! And thanks for answering everyone's! I'm glad to know. I am going to get a hint of the metallic taste next weekend. I'm feeling fortunate to have lucked out with the "easy" cancer. Thinking of you daily!

I think it must be quite uncomfortable. After my thyroid surgery, they had a drain in my neck for a few days. I thought that was the worst part of the entire procedure. I can't imagine having to take one home. and after reading Virginia's comment - YES! The removal was not fun...however, the doctor did tell me I handled it well (better than the football players he had in there).

I've been thinking about you. Sending prayers! Sometimes I'm still in disbelief that I had cancer - but the surgery scar is there reminding me. I feel I got off easy compared to you and others who have breast cancer. That is a whole lot scarier. I'm glad you are staying positive - but remember it's okay to be sad some days too.

How cool!!! But, of course- that also shows what is true in most households. We never move our bed to vacuum well underneath!!!!

I think there is order in the numbers and it is calming. When my sister was younger the numbers 6 4 6 kept popping up on her for about a year. (she'd go to the store and the price would be $6.46). She'd glance up a the clock and it would be 6:46 on and on.... now I can't NOT look at the clock and if it is 6:46, I think of her.

How funny is this? Our dog found a nest this afternoon in the yard - and me thinking it was rats, took the shovel and killed all the blind little creatures. And when I came inside and started "googling" to figure out exactly what it was I killed - found your newborn bunny picture. (I really hope it was NOT bunnies that I took out).
