I like the simplicity of this framework. I recently spoke to a group of administrators of creative economy projects. Our discussion was financial strategy. Their projects are complex, collaborative and long term and their budgets reflect this diversification. Looking at risk in this way would be a great starting point for them and I wish I had seen this before my session!
