Good morning!
After our 30 minute ferry ride, we hired bikes to tour Inishmore. We are on the island for 22 hours so we are to drop our overnight bags at Aran Hotel. Front desk is not open but the hotel "restaurant" is, so what were we supposed to do? Our hands were tied.

Protein Powder – Pure garbage. The limiting factor in gaining muscle is not protein. It is calories. I only wish I have figured this out years ago. I’ll be doing a separate post on this topic. Blake: nice post. informative. you're tall, and I get the point about tall being a disadvantage in some exercises. but you don't have "chicken legs" and "eel arms". Right now I'm guessing you are at about 180#. Which is a good place to be at your height.
