Do not be fooled by 9-5 developers who as university students were box-ticking members of the Golden Key Honour Society, have 20 photos of themselves clutching their CS degrees on FaceBook etc. Those are the type that are love bombed at recruiting evenings, snatched up by the cubicle farms, wear the santa suit at staff BBQs and kept in a vacuum using EJBs while they continue to tick the "right boxes".
