Not to be a conspiracy theorist but here's a pearl of wisdom I learned dealing with the Post Office in Chicago. We got a really great carrier at my work for awhile, and he was upset because whenever we got packages on his off days, the replacement carriers wouldn't bring the packages. He got so fed up with this that he asked me to complain, which I did. When I finally was able to talk to the supervisor, her explanation was that there really wasn't a problem, because since the packages were not guaranteed by a certain date, they had no obligation to deliver them as soon as they were received. Hearing all these stories about late and misdirected mail carrying military ballots, etc. I really have to wonder if there were certain post offices holding mail regarding the election. (Sorry if this posts twice; I'm getting some wonky computer stuff going on here.)
