Im so glad that you liked the tempeh! Over fries? Everything is better over fries! Ive never tried the maple grilled tempeh from 101Cookbooks. Ill have to give that a try! Thank you so much for suggesting it. :D

Thats so great to hear, Goreti! Im glad youre having fun with it and making it your own. Ive been wanting to try adding chia seeds to mine so youll have to let me know how it turns out. I want to play with ground flax seed and cardamom too. I love all of the different possibilities. :D
