Hi Friends! I hope you are all staying cool on this warm summer day. Today, for MFT's New Product Launch, I'm sharing a fun "squishy" card. Gotta love the sweet Jelly Fish that are in the Ocean Fun stamp set. I've also used the new Happy Greetings Die-namics. I love how the Black Licorice really pops the eyes on the Jellies. Each Jelly has been glitterfied and googly eyed. The open bubbles have been glittered too. Swim on over to... Continue reading

Hi Friends! Welcome back. Today I've got a patriotic thank you card to share. Patriotic is always in season, especially when thanking those who serve/served our country here in America. I've used the new Stitched Star Grid Die-namics to create this fun base. Big Thanks Die-namics is also used. I doubled the word to create a dimensional look. I LOVE both of these amazing new products. Well friends, two more days of the MFT June Release Countdown. All these wonderful... Continue reading

Hi friends... welcome back! Summer is starting to show up here and it's the beginning of Graduation season. Today I'm sharing a graduation card that features MFT's Wednesday sketch WSC335. You might be wondering... Graduation Whale? Well, this card is for someone who has a sweet sense of humor. I know they'll get a kick out of it. I used Ocean Pals for the main images. I followed the sketch pretty closely. I'm really enjoying working with these sketches. Give... Continue reading

Welcome back, friends! Today I'm sharing a MFT Blueprint card that features flowers and Foliage. I chose Blueprints 14 to showcase because a square card with a big flower fit the bill. :) I changed the sketch slightly by raising up the panel to the middle and by adding a different center to the flower. There is a fun button die in the set but I wanted to show how fun it is to score this flower center and then... Continue reading

Hi Gay, Seagulls are absolutely giddy when they find even a simple potato chip on the beach. It's quite darling to watch. So, this sentiment is a quirky and fun way to say that you want that giddy happiness for your friend. Thanks for your question! Lisa

Welcome back, friends! Today I've got a sunny MFT Seaside Seagulls card to share with you as one last peek before you fly of to MFT to catch all your fun new goodies. It's a darling stamp set. I'm such a beach lover and I was just telling my husband that I miss seagulls. It was so fun to reminisce as I planned this card. I also used Beach Scene Builder Die-namics. Hi friends! Welcome back. Spring is in the air here for sure. I hope that you all are enjoying the beginning of May. Today I'm sharing a MFT May Release countdown sneak peek card using Doodled Blooms and More Essential Sentiments. I went with Black & White instead of bright and bold... or soft and subtle. The flowers and the sentiment were heat embossed with white embossing powder. I love how bold the white is when heat embossed. Well friends,... Continue reading

Hi friends... welcome back! Today I'm sharing a sweet and simple card that features MFT's Wendsday sketch WSC330. I've colored these fun flowers from Springtime Blooms with Copic Markers and then added a little glitter to the center of the large flower. I really love how the chevron paper helps to pop the color of the flowers. I've kept with the concept of the sketch with a few sneaky variations. Can you see what I'm talking about? Be sure to... Welcome back, friends!Today I'm sharing a fun little square card that I created for a friend. I've used MFT Stars Above as the focal stamp and Die-namics images. I love Gold heat embossed on Pink. I used a Copic marker to selectively color the stars too. I love the Wonky Stax. They add a lot of motion to a card. It's been a while since I created a square card. I've got to remember how much I like them next... Continue reading

Hi Friends! I'm back to share a fun interactive card for the MFT's Challenge, Blueprints 11 is mainly used for this card. I started out thinking it would turn into a shaker card but decided that I wanted a pull out element. I found a little half circle die in Blueprints 7 that worked perfectly to create an opening for the channel. The panel in Blueprints 11 was cut three times and the middle panel was then die cut with... Continue reading
