Welcome back friends! Today I'm shouting out for a wonderful new MFT Background stamp.... Burlap! Look at that awesome background. SO COOL! That's Kraft ink on Natural Cardstock. I love the natural fiber feel to this stamp so I incorporated felt into the card using the circle option in Out on a Limb Die-namics! I also used these cute little birds from Centerpieces Framed Lovebirds die cut in Red Hot Felt for a little color pop! Don't they look great... Continue reading

Thanks SO much! The glitter I used for this post is Prisma... translucent. It's a great basic glitter that lets the cardstock color still play a big role. Any colored glitter is Doodlebug. HTH!

I've got a few cards to share today for the MFT Creative Challenge! Watercolor is making a strong comeback in the stamping world. Today's Challenge is all about it! BOO... did I scare ya? I know... I'm silly. I love Halloween. My sweet Hannah is my October baby and many of her birthday parties were Halloween themed. So, I made this for her! I just LOVE Spooky Scene Die-namics! The cat is just SO COOL! Hannah will love that the most. I stamped the card base with the new Cheesecloth Background. It's subtle but adds a little something. Notice the glittered elements. Gotta have some sparkle right! The inside... Continue reading

Today's MFT Release countdown sneak peek was such a fun card to create. I REALLY love this new Die-namics Centerpieces Spooky Window. The cool banner sentiment is from Spooky Sentiments. I added glitter glaze to the spider for a playful effect. And the Grape Jelly cardstock has been swiped with Sweet Tooth ink to give it a foggy night appearance. The web has been colored with a light gray copic marker. I used Spooky Sentiments on the inside of the... Continue reading

Hello friends... I hope that you are all having a fantastic summer! I had a wonderful friend drop by and bring me bunches of fruit... it was so sweet. Here is a card I made for her! I once again snagged my scraps from projects that I didn't either finish or elements that I didn't need at the time. I did add some stamping like this hounds tooth from Spring Backgrounds. These flowers are from Easter Bunny. They really do... Continue reading

I had need of a few cards so I thought it would be fun to go through my little scrap bin and see what I could come up with... I've created two cards with items exclusively from there! This first card was fun because there were actually a few options in the pile. Yes... so many little items I cut or stamp that never make it onto a card. I can remember why I cut or stamped each element too...... Continue reading

Two of my daughters are away from home on missions for our church. One is serving in Utah and desperately misses the ocean. So this is a little project of love. I gathered sand from a local beach, making sure that there were shells and little beach treasures included. A rock with barnacles and such. The little bottle I found at Rite Aid of all places. The little tag has some sweet instructions for Hannah to follow when she needs... Continue reading
