You are such a wonderful example, Jill. For me, for your children, for anyone who reads this blog. What an awesome thing to do, to list the negatives & give each a positive. I know how driven you are with your running, and I'm sorry you're having this setback. I just know you'll come back stronger than ever. Keep blogging & inspiring!
Life and a Photo Challenge
Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they're supposed to help you discover who you are. Bernice Johnson Reagon First, thank you for the emails and messages when I first mentioned xrays and an MRI. In the past week I went from an xray at this appt to an MRI at this appt to thi...
Very cool! I love Kayleigh's style and I love templates, so this is a match made in heaven. I guess I'd say that I struggle with making a template my own. I usually just fill in all the layers and it looks fine, but maybe not "me." I'd like to develop a personal style and then be able to use templates as a springboard to making a layout in my style.

Memories of A Marathon
As much as I enjoy pasta it will be a while before I eat it again. Enjoying the pre-race dinner. Friends. Family. Laughs. And a lot of talk about running. Tina ran her second half marathon! Tina and I met online via our blogs and have recently started meeting in real life to race. S...
Have I ever taken an online class? YES! Too many to list. Lots at BPS, including all the ones you've taught. DYL was my favorite. I also took the first 25 Days of Templates class with Tiffany and it was excellent.

That's great, Jill. I hope someday my kids will "get it," too. School lunches really are awful, aren't they?

It all started with 7th grade health class... Alec questioned why the school teaches us to make healthy choices but the they offer very few if any healthy choices for lunch. Cheese filled bread stick is an entree...really? When he asked his teacher he was told you're right, pack your lunch. So...
Jill- This is so beautiful. So, if you print once a month, what type of album will they go in? A dedicated one for this project? I'm really struggling with how to do this project, and I love being inspired by ideas like yours. I still think even one page a week is too much for me. I'd like to do a 2-pg lo a month, but thinking about how to incorporate the journaling.
Creating Project 365: January 1-23
January 1-2 Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 click on the image for a larger view I've found a system that makes this project 365-doable. Keeping it simple with a journaling block that gives me flexibility for however much or little I want to write. And do a little almost every day (espec...
These are really cute! I love the idea of a battery votive for 9.
Votive Holders
Found some plain votive cups while going through my crafty stash so decided to pull out the stamps & embossing powders & try to cute them up some. The red one is better looking in person, it was actually embossing foil. Both are stamped onto Mulberry paper. Then a strip of 2-sided tape w/ gl...
What a cute little album! This is such a do-able project and so cute that it works as a calendar to display while you're working on it.
Still Kittin' A-Round
OK, that post title was BAD but this Jenni Bowlin kit from December (I think) was a good one! The flower center is actually pearls on wire wound around itself - so looking for more at the craft store. Also lovin' this embossed sand-able cardstock used on the cover. Will create a little layo...
Awesome layout! Love it! This must have been hard to list out 100 things, much less cut them all out. I'm also loving the little butterfly.
100 Things
Attempting to follow along with Log Your Memory challenges (and ignoring we are almost 3 weeks into January already) I created a list of things I still dream of doing in my life. Trying to figure out how to fit 100 things on a layout was a challenge in itself, so I searched Two Peas and was i...
Jill- This is beautiful! I think I say it on every comment, but you're so inspiring!

The download worked perfectly and I think a hybrid class (especially if it included some of your product, hint, hint) would be great!

I have a really comfy pair of fleece PJ pants that I wear whenever I'm at home in the winter. And I ALWAYS wear slippers. I can't imagine that my kids run around the house without slippers. They must be impervious to cold.
