Thanks Jeff! Very enlightening! You don't get to choose replacement mattresses at Art Van, unless you choose to upgrade. I've got plenty of money invested in this thing right now, so I basically need to take replacements that they give me.
The current mattress is about half way to meeting their replacement standards again. I'll just keep getting replacements until the 20 years is up.

I'm on my second replacement mattress and it's starting to sag too. They measured it a year ago and it wasn't quite there. I'm calling them back any day now.
Unfortunately, I'm beginning to think that these pillow top mattresses are built to last. Mine had a 20 year warranty and I expect to get the miles out of it or replacements.
At this point my experience is that Art Van keeps their promises. Please let us know how your situation turns out.
