What's up with the under-utilized and occasionally magically disappearing ladies on this show?
I know I'm not the only one who'd like to see the writers come up with a way to include women (geeky and not) as more than Mom of the Week, Hookup of the Week or Penny NoLastName-NotMuchBackstory.
