I agree wholeheartedly with this. I have had horrible allergies all of my life and this past winter it turned into the sinus infection from HELL. I went to and ENT and he suggested I stop the antihistamines. I haven't taken anything on a regular basis in months expect Omnaris and it has done wonders.
