Personalization is increasingly employed by publishers to keep consumer attention engaged on their site. By creating personalized, information-dense feeds on their own sites, publishers are creating environments that encourage users to continue consuming content once they arrive through search and social channels. Gravity provides publishers with industry-leading personalization technology that builds Interest Graphs on individual users. These Interests Graphs are being used by publishers to inform content delivery, creating individual, personalized experiences for their users. Year 2041. For women, life is a struggle like never before. A single mother makes a fateful decision to secure her daughter's future. ADVANTAGEOUS is director Jennifer Phang's new sci-fi feature about a mother and daughter surviving together in 2041, co-written with actor Jacqueline Kim. Gwen, a spokeswoman for a cutting-edge biotech firm, considers a dangerous, breakthrough technology that is the only hope for a better life for her daughter. I talked about these 2 new Feed readers in Beta on this week's Tokyo Social podcast. Below are my thoughts and the Pros and Cons of the new services after using both for 1 week. AOL Reader I was surprised about, but makes sense considering AOL owns Engadget, TUAW, Techcrunch, and other popular blogs. It is the first product from AOL I’ve signed up to use since AIM that I last used back in the early 2000’s. I’ve been using both readers through this week and... Continue reading
