Hi Natacha, There is a way you can do something similar, if you have a shape that you like, created in SBC or another graphics program and are able to save the shape as a png file, you can then import that shape into your own personal content the same as you do with a freebie (you could even use the freebies as shapes). Once you have it in your content you can add it to your project and fill the item with different papers or photos or solid colors, which is one of the main uses of shapes and edges, the only difference is that they will display in your personal content instead of in "shapes" or "edges" hope this helps.

Hi Carol, Unfortunately the old notebook embellishment is no longer available, the freebies expire after six months, but by using some of the elements in the Office Supplies Embellishment packs you could create something similar.

Hi Shauna, Typically you just go into your control panel on your computer and find the fonts folder that is already in there holding all the fonts you have on your computer, once you have that opened up you can just drop your new font file in there and it should install it so you will be able to use that font in any of your programs, sometimes you need to either re-start your program or your computer before it will register in your software. Hope that helps!

Wednesday I’ve recently scored some pretty sweet stuff at thrift stores in the area. You’re looking at a whopping .75 cents of merchandise right here, and I bet I’ll be still be rockin’ that stuff when I’m like 80. Continue reading

Sunday There is nothin’ like a fresh coat of red in the hair, and the tips of my ears, and splotches on my neck, and my forehead… you’d think after the 1,374,384th time I’ve dyed my hair I would be pretty good at it. Continue reading

Saturday Ok, I know these pictures are turning into some sort of MN weather update but really the most interesting thing that’s happened so far today is the ICE! Once I finally made it from my door to my car and got inside it looked like someone put that corny “glass photoshop filter” on my windshield it was actually pretty sweet looking. Continue reading

Tuesday Coolest looking frost ever today! I think when warm climate dwelling people think "snowy winters must be so beautiful and magical" they think it looks like this all the time, it doesn’t. It’s usually muddy and salty and frozen and gross…. But not today, today is officially fairytale winter day. Continue reading

Friday Dirky knocked my glass of water off the coffee table and it landed on top of my popcorn bowl (my good glass mixing/measuring bowl) and the super thick glass bowl completely shattered into some of the coolest looking broken glass I’ve ever seen. The dollar store drinking glass walked away completely unscathed if you were wondering. Continue reading

Monday This is the first day I’ve needed sunglasses after work in a very long time, I’m not sure if that’s because, the sun is staying out longer – or if I’ve just been staying late too much, or because we’ve been under constant cloud cover for like a month. Probably all three. Whatever it was… it was nice to need sunglasses again. Continue reading
