that's for damn sure.!!i lived in the bay area for years..my very first celtics game was on january 2, 1981..larry bird "shut out" 0-9 from the field, celtics lose 121-106.!!ricky brown and larry smith took turns guarding bird..while bernard king and purvis short torched the c's also they had a back court of john lucas and world b. free, and we all know who the center was joe barry carroll, how's that for some trivia.?
