Right, Puertoricans can't vote for the President of the United States while living in Puerto Rico, but ironically if a Puertorican moves to another country (not Puerto Rico, not USA0, the US Embassy residing in such country will arrange the absent vote for the person because by effect he/she is a US citizen and has the right to perform an absent vote.

Entre el 'ay bendito', el 'hay que escoger el menos malo' le hemos dado permiso a los políticos de hacer y deshacer, y habrá alguno que otro caso en el cual la 'justicia' haga algo en nuestra defensa, pero nunca, nunca, NUNCA, el pueblo se ha levantado contra estas sanguijuelas.
