Car Man, contrary to your beliefs, bicyclists have the same right to the same patch of road as car drivers. However, bicyclists do have to obey the exact same laws as car drivers, which they often fail to do. So, they are not competing with you any more than you are competing with other drivers. If anything, bicyclists get upset when car drivers don't realize and acknowledge these facts, and have the attitude you claim.
