The naval officer author covered the personal leadership failures very well. I so very wish he was comfortable reveling his identity, I'd order a few kegs be sent to his house. For a party with his closest friends when he doesn't have to report for duty the next day, of course. I'd hate to be the cause of him getting a talking to from the XO like he discussed.
The other part of this 21st CSM crapfest is how in the hell can they justify at least $10 MILLLION when we're cutting manpower, programs, and benefits? It's complete bullshit.
