Actually, they are right on this. It is already the case that the current Israeli court system follows a radical left-wing judicial activist policy. It is perfectly reasonable to support parliamentary supremacy and force the Israeli judiciary to stop legislating from the bench. This may not be pleasing to leftists, but it is democratically sound.

I'm sorry to see that Weinstein's behavior (and many of the comments here) indicates a stereotypical Jewish bigotry against Christians. Mike Weinstein certainly profits from that bigotry, since he votes himself a very generous salary from his foundation for his "public service". So opportunism and blind hatred pay him benefits, certainly.
